  •  Has my order been shipped? – Once we begin fulfillment of your products, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will b able to monitor your shipment online once it is shipped.  Luxtylish brand IS NOT LIABLE for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages or for any delay in transit time caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping Timetable –  The delivery time is about 14 working days . In case you experience any delays, we recommend contacting your local post office to check if the package might have arrived already. If the package is not there, please send us an e-mail with your order details, so we can help out. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly.
  • We offer faster shipping methods for some of our products, so if you need faster delivery, please contact us before placing the order.

  • Return/ Exchange Policy
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We cannot refund the orders, when products are clearly used or are worn. Customers must inspect the product before using it.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us through the contact page and we will help you with the process as soon as possible!
    1. Pack the items along with a copy of the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Your order number must be included with the return.
    • Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
    • The color isn’t the same as I saw online. – Luxtylish tries to accurately display and represent the colors of the products. However, the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor, screen resolution, undertones and more.
    • Are returns free? Yes it’s free although you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us directly at, so we can quickly resolve the situation for you.
    • Failed Delivery? We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to our Order Fulfillment Center due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if you the customer refused to accept the package. Only a store credit for the refused items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return charge imposed by the shipping carrier.
  • Why was my order divided into two or more packages? We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions: 1) Items are in different warehouses. 2) Different items need additional preparation time. 3) Weight limit of customs or courier.

  • Simply enter your promo code at the cart page for the discount to be applied on the order.
  • Previously Placed Orders – Discounts cannot be applied to prior purchases.
  • Increased Processing Time – we work hard, but during sales and specials, sometimes there will be an increase in the processing time. Generally, this will only add two additional days to your processing time (refer to the shipping time tables above). Good things come to those who wait!
  • Promo Codes and Discounts – Promo codes and Rewards vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
  •  Why doesn’t my promo code work? – Please check your promo code for expiration details and whether it requires a minimum purchase.
  • When are there sales? – We let our customers know when these sales happen on the day they happen through our Newsletter.
  • We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
  • Normally, our customers would not be charged tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. As per our policy, customers need to afford the tariffs, so please contact the local customs office to get your parcel first. If you do not, there is a high possibility that your parcel be destroyed but not returned.
